Years of pushing our limits in performance have given us an intuitive understanding of what it takes to get to a high level of athleticism and strength, which we share with our clients.
Bang out some dance cardio with star jumps, tuck star jumps, and star burpees! You'll do 3 dances with these HIIT moves throughout. No teaching of the dances just straight through doing Shake It Off, Sweet But Psycho, and Banana. Have fun!
