  • 19 Minute Advanced (Burpee) Dance Cardio 1

    For intense cardio and burpee lovers! Dances are done straight through, no teaching. Survivor, Every Time We Touch, Level Up, Call Me Maybe, High Hopes! Cardio burn! This is an advanced cardio workout that will build your stamina!

    No props needed, just sneakers.

  • 13 Minute Advanced (Star) Dance Cardio 3

    Bang out some dance cardio with star jumps, tuck star jumps, and star burpees! You'll do 3 dances with these HIIT moves throughout. No teaching of the dances just straight through doing Shake It Off, Sweet But Psycho, and Banana. Have fun!

  • The Circuit

    Beth's favorite circuit of all time! You can do this cardio burst with or without props. This will spike your heart rate like nothing else!
    Props: Pilates or Step Box (optional), Jump Rope (optional), Trampoline (optional), 10 Lbs Medicine Ball (optional)

  • 15 Minute Arms Wrist and Free Weights

    A great unilateral arm series (working on a straight spine with weight on one side)! A really good option for prenatal and postpartum.

    Props needed: 1lbs wrist weights (not required), 3-5lbs free weights, mat

  • 12 Minute Supine Abs

    This is a breathe work and abdominal focused video that will leave your abs feeling fully engaged! It's great for everyone, especially women postpartum.
