Get your heart rate up with your feet never leaving the ground! Using lights weights with non-impact movements is very effective!

13 Minute Advanced (Star) Dance Cardio 3
Bang out some dance cardio with star jumps, tuck star jumps, and star burpees! You'll do 3 dances with these HIIT moves throughout. No teaching of the dances just straight through doing Shake It Off, Sweet But Psycho, and Banana. Have fun!
