    Beth takes you through the second full body box workout! This is a great cardio burst using your full body do plyometrics on a pilates box. You'll move through a triceps focused strength series and core work!

    Props needed: Pilates box and 10 lbs free weights (or your heaviest option)

  • 22 Minute Strength Series 7

    Pilar takes you through a great full body strength series! You'll move through a series of circuits using heavier weights or whatever weight that challenges you.

    Props needed: Free Weights and mat

    Join Beth and learn two dances! It's a great workout to get in to dance cardio! The dances you'll learn are "Carnival" and "Every time We Touch."

    Join Pilar for pure cardio on the trampoline! You'll get your heart rate up and feel great after! We use Jump Sport Trampolines!
