Beth takes you through the second full body box workout! This is a great cardio burst using your full body do plyometrics on a pilates box. You'll move through a triceps focused strength series and core work!
Props needed: Pilates box and 10 lbs free weights (or your heaviest option)
Pilar takes you through a great full body strength series! You'll move through a series of circuits using heavier weights or whatever weight that challenges you.
