  • 22 Minute Strength Series 7

    Pilar takes you through a great full body strength series! You'll move through a series of circuits using heavier weights or whatever weight that challenges you.

    Props needed: Free Weights and mat

  • 10 Minute HIIT Cardio

    A quick HIIT circuit to get your heart rate up! We recommend doing the warm up video right before in the "Warm Up/Stretch" section. This is 4 HIIT exercises, 20 reps of each, 3 rounds total. It's VERY effective.

    No props needed, just sneakers.

  • 14 Minute Abs

    A great controlled mat-based abdominal series! Good for anyone but especially for postpartum. There is a strong focus on breathe work in this video, importune for a strong deep core.

    Props needed: soft ball (firm pillow will work), mat

  • 6 Minute Floor Stretch

    This is a quick body body stretch to do after a workout or on a day off! Anytime really! It will make your body feel good.
