    A version of our signature Dance Cardio class! Dances are taught and then done with plyometric exercises throughout. Warm up and cool down included. It's a great cardio workout!

    Beth takes you through a quick 9 minute lower body (full body, really) leg series.
    Props: 1 lb ankle weights (optional) and a mat.

    Using breath work to hit your deep core muscles! Supine abdominal work. Great fro postpartum.
