  • 19 Minute Legs with Free Weights

    Fire up and strengthen your hamstrings and glutes while challenging your core and stability! You'll start standing and then move to the floor on a mat.

    Props needed (but not required): 3-5lbs free weights, mat

  • 4 Minute Beginner Plank

    A plank series with simple moves that teaches you (or refreshes you on) proper form. This is a great option to challenge people at any level.

  • 4 Minute Hip Opening Stretch

    Release your hips by static holding this stretch on each side!
