This is a high intensity cardio workout that mixes dance and HIIT! You'll learn and do the dances plus be challenged with a few HIIT series in between. It's a great full body workout!
Pilar takes you through a ballet influenced standing leg series! You will work your legs externally rotated, strengthening your hips and extension.
Props needed: A chair or something to hold on to
A full body and abdominal workout! You'll start in forearm plank, then move to side plank, and then supine (on your back) abs.
